You can ask us to permanently delete your Mudakir account and the data tied to it. This page explains how to do it from inside the app and how to request it by email.
This is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your progress, history, favorites, achievements, challenge data, and any other data tied to your account are gone. We cannot recover them.
Option 1: Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open Mudakir on your device.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm by typing DELETE in the dialog.
Your account and the data described below are removed straight away. You are signed out and the app returns to guest mode.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send an email from the address linked to your account to app.mudakir@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account and include your username if you have it.
We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete
- Your account record (username, email, hashed password).
- All sign-in sessions for that account.
- Your progress: streak, points, viewed and learned verses, completed surahs, daily target progress.
- Your favorites, achievements, challenge progress, and Mushaf bookmarks.
- Your practice sessions and history.
- Your recitation attempts and voice consent record (if any).
- Your competition match participation records.
- Your analytics events tied to that account.
Feedback messages you submitted are kept for product improvement, but the account link is removed so the message is no longer tied to you.
What we cannot delete on your behalf
- Data already shared with third-party processors that we do not control beyond what their terms allow (for example, transient prompts sent to OpenAI to generate quiz choices, or transactional email logs at Resend). These are governed by the providers' own retention policies described in our Privacy Policy.
- Local app data on your device. To remove that, uninstall the app or clear its storage.
Guest mode
If you have never created an account, there is nothing on our servers to delete — guest mode keeps everything on your device. Uninstalling the app clears that data.

هذه العملية نهائية. بعد حذف حسابك، تُحذف بياناتك من تقدّم وسجل ومفضلات وإنجازات وبيانات تحديات وأي بيانات أخرى مرتبطة بحسابك. لا يمكننا استعادتها.
الخيار الأول: الحذف من داخل التطبيق (الموصى به)
- افتح تطبيق مُدَّكِر على جهازك.
- سجّل الدخول إلى الحساب الذي تريد حذفه.
- افتح تبويب الملف الشخصي.
- انتقل إلى الأسفل واضغط على حذف حسابي.
- أكّد العملية بكتابة DELETE في النافذة.
يُحذف حسابك والبيانات الموضّحة أدناه فوراً. يتم تسجيل خروجك ويعود التطبيق إلى وضع الضيف.
الخيار الثاني: طلب الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني
إن لم تستطع الوصول إلى التطبيق، أرسل بريداً من العنوان المرتبط بحسابك إلى app.mudakir@gmail.com بعنوان حذف حسابي مع ذكر اسم المستخدم إن كان متوفّراً.
نُؤكّد طلبك ونُكمل الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
إرسال طلب حذف بالبريد
ما الذي نحذفه
- سجل حسابك (اسم المستخدم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور المُشفَّرة).
- كل جلسات تسجيل الدخول لذلك الحساب.
- تقدّمك: السلسلة، النقاط، الآيات المعروضة والمحفوظة، السور المكتملة، تقدّم الهدف اليومي.
- المفضلات والإنجازات وتقدّم التحديات والإشارات المرجعية في المصحف.
- جلسات التمرين وسجلّها.
- محاولات التلاوة وسجل موافقتك على معالجة الصوت (إن وُجدت).
- سجلات مشاركتك في مباريات المنافسة.
- أحداث التحليلات المرتبطة بذلك الحساب.
تُحفظ رسائل الملاحظات لتحسين المنتج، لكن يُزال الرابط بحسابك بحيث لا تبقى الرسالة مرتبطة بك.
ما لا يمكننا حذفه نيابةً عنك
- البيانات التي شُورِكَت مع معالجين خارجيين لا نتحكّم بها إلا ضمن ما تسمح به شروطهم (مثل النصوص العابرة المرسَلة إلى OpenAI لتوليد خيارات الاختبارات، أو سجلات البريد عند Resend). تخضع هذه لسياسات احتفاظ المزوّدين الموضحة في سياسة الخصوصية.
- البيانات المحلية على جهازك. لإزالتها، احذف التطبيق أو امسح بياناته.
وضع الضيف
إذا لم تنشئ حساباً مطلقاً، فلا يوجد لدينا على الخادم ما يُحذف — يُبقي وضع الضيف كل شيء على جهازك. حذف التطبيق يمسح تلك البيانات.
